Attack of the Killer Zucchini!
Ugh. Our garden is producing zucchini in mass quantities. Out of nowhere they appeared and grew to gargantuan proportions overnight. I'm having flashbacks from my childhood where zucchini overtook our garden and I was forced to eat it practically every night.

I cannot eat the stuff, ever again. We've eaten enough of the the Z-pox for 3 lifetimes. ;)
Growing up, my mom used to make chocolate zucchini cake and freeze it. Sure, we were still eating it forever, but it's way tastier when in cake form.
